Service Scope

Includes personalized itinerary design, booking of accommodations/flights/tours, travel advice, and general visa information guidance.

Booking and Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required. Prices are subject to availability and change until confirmed. Third-party supplier terms also apply.

Cancellations and Amendments by You

Requests must be in writing. Fees vary based on package components and supplier policies. Travel insurance is recommended.

Cancellations and Amendments by Us or Suppliers

We reserve the right to make changes/cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternatives or refunds will be offered as per policy.

Travel Documents and Insurance

You are responsible for valid travel documents (passports, visas). Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Responsibility and Liability

Chrysalis Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions, except as required by law. Our liability for our negligence is limited to the service price.
