Payment Terms

Payment terms (initial deposit, interim payments, final payment) will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur charges or service suspension.

Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations/postponements must be in writing. Fees, detailed in the service agreement, cover work performed and non-recoverable supplier costs.

Changes to Scope

Significant changes to scope may adjust project cost and timeline, requiring a written change order.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as necessary for service provision.

Liability and Insurance

Our liability for direct loss from our negligence is limited to fees paid. We are not liable for third-party acts or indirect losses. Clients are advised to secure event and travel insurance.
