Cancellation Policy
At Chrysalis Tours, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for tours and services booked through our platform.
General Tour & Activity Cancellations
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date/time will receive a 100% refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior, or no-shows, are generally not refundable.
