Refund schedule
Refund amounts are calculated based on the time remaining before your scheduled service date at the time of cancellation request.

Note: Cancellation charges and admin fees are calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount. The refund percentage represents the net amount returned to your original payment method.
How to cancel
Processing time
Cancellation requests are processed within 2–3 business days of submission.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

General terms
- Cancellation windows are calculated from the date and time the cancellation request is received by Chrysalis Tours, not the date of submission by the customer.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via your account portal or by contacting our support team directly.
- Group bookings of 10 or more persons may be subject to a separate cancellation agreement as outlined at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation by Chrysalis Tours due to operational or safety reasons, a full refund will be issued with no admin fee applied.
- Partial cancellations (e.g., reducing the number of participants) are treated proportionally under the same refund schedule.
- Chrysalis Tours reserves the right to amend this policy. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to confirmed bookings.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may require a cancellation. Chrysalis Tours is not liable for losses arising from personal circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or changes in travel plans.
